VIGGO & FAVEOD: What makes our partnership successful?
Since its creation, Viggo is working with Faveod, a french company that aims to change the way we manage IT projects.

What is Faveod?
Faveod can be used as a requirements manager as well as a development environment.
From the rules your teams specify in its Web interface, Faveod produces the matching application in an instant, without technical or functional limitations.
This ensures IT and software with best quality, respect for standards and integration.
What kind collaboration are you looking for?
Faveod is focused on developing and improving the Faveod Designer.
Nevertheless, a good tool needs good methods. The Dev Team is not the only contributor of the Faveod Designer. Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Project Managers need to know how to adapt their methodology in order to be more efficient. Besides all these, stakeholders must work together as a team and talk to each other. That part can be a little bit tricky since they have different working habits and methods.
We’re looking for partners that will be able to coach the stakeholders and make them work together.
In a nutshell, if Faveod was an engine, our partners would be the engine oil.

Faveod is often introduced in companies to save tensed projects. At this point, the customer needs to be reassured. Tensions between Dev Teams and other stakeholders must be lowered. The team must show that they still can succeed. Our past collaborations have shown us that we can get excellent results working with Viggo to deal with this kind of situation.
Our collaboration has also been successful on ambitious projects. The high stakes of these projects can generate a lot of tension. Facing these situations, we managed to keep our customers confident and satisfy their demands at the same time.
